Ristrot

If you are reading this: GO TO RISTROT.That is the most important part. If there is no parking to be found at first, drive around and find it, walk back to Ristrot. It’s very much worth it. I would come back to Sardinia to be able to eat here again. We travel a lot, eat even more, and this was a very very special meal. The service is amazing, the menu is creative, offers something for anyone, no matter what your diet preferences are. And after you choose and order, then the best comes. The flavours, the textures, EVERYTHING, down to the bread was amazing. Please, if you are nearby, or in general on the island, this is the place to visit! Kudos to everyone involved in this, you people deserve it all (oh, the drinks made there are beautiful, and the wine card will make any wine drinker happy)

Probably one of the best restaurant experience we had in EU :) Great food! It was a "Michelin" star fine dinning experience. Local food with mix of modern world kitchen experiments. Great service! Literally, we never got such level of service and welcoming us with 2 little kids anywhere we were in EU. Everything was ready for the kids (plastic kids cutlery!), baby changing room in the toilets, kids chairs. Great price for such quality of food. We really enjoyed the evening there! Will definitely come over again if we manage to visit Sardinia again, probably will come just for that dinner :D

From start to finish, this was an unforgettable dining experience! The food was absolutely incredible, every bite was full of fresh snd vibrant flavors! Service also really stood out The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making sure every detail was perfect. If you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine paired with top-notch hospitality, RISTROT is the place. I can’t wait to come back, highly recommended!

Today was our third day on the island of Sardinia, and we had been struggling to find good food, as the places we tried near our hotel had been quite disappointing. However, I came across a small restaurant (RISTROT) and decided to give it a try. I initially made a mistake while booking, as I somehow managed to reserve a table at a different restaurant. Fortunately, we were lucky to get a table here, as it gets very busy and availability is limited. The food we had was absolutely perfect. Every dish was cooked to perfection—the fish, the pasta (black linguine), and the sauce were out of this world. The desserts were a piece of heaven. We’re very happy with this gastronomic experience.

Without doubt the best meal we had on our holiday. The staff were so friendly & welcoming & happy to recommend a perfect wine to go with our food. We chose vegetarian options & were even given a little historical background to the dishes too. It was a perfect way to spend our last night in Sardinia.

A great spot in Bari Sardo. The staff is friendly and they put a lot of love into their food. The only downside is the bright lighting, which could be a bit better.
